1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is BIGBUD Sp. z o.o., registered office in Kraków, ul. 2. What data we process and why

  • Enquiries and correspondence (contact form, request-for-quote form, e-mail, telephone): name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, message content and project details — to respond and prepare a quotation (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Cooperation and contracts: data of persons representing our business partners and of contact persons — to conclude and perform a contract and to meet legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting (Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR).
  • Recruitment: data from a submitted CV — to carry out recruitment (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR and, to the extent beyond what the law requires, on the basis of consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

3. Retention period

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where applicable, to conclude a contract, and no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Contract-related data is kept for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims, and for the period required by tax law. Recruitment data is kept until the recruitment ends and, with your consent, for future recruitment, for no longer than 12 months.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with providers of hosting, e-mail and accounting services to us — only to the extent necessary and under data processing agreements. We do not sell data and do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), the Polish data protection supervisory authority (uodo.gov.pl).

6. Cookies

The bigbud.cc website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising tools. Fonts are loaded from our own server. If we introduce tools requiring consent in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent.
